It's Up To You

For a long time, they’ve always said things happen

I believed that, too, until someone made me realise it’s up to me, in my life, if things happen

It’s a known fact that, sometimes, even with the good intention in doing laudable things, people may fail

That’s why rising above obstacles successfully makes them the ones the world will hail

Again, it may be true that even good people and things rise and fall

Regardless of when it happens, who says they can’t rise again at any time and season like summer, winter, spring or fall?

In relationships, people can find true love, lust, happiness, fulfilment or heartbreak

Even if you were heartbroken, you can still find true love again after a break

Death is an occurrence that’s eventually inevitable

Similarly, the death of a loved one is not palatable

However, in all these things, people can still turn their situation around

They can start with the right state of mind by believing and knowing that, in their favour, things can indeed turn around
