The whole concept of leadership is not just about any feat
Think about the number of needs one should always know how to meet
It’s much more than just being empowered with at least one great ability
So, don’t be stuck at Uncle Ben’s popular quote in the Marvel Universe’s Spider-Man stories; “with great power comes great responsibility”
It’s not even restricted to a monarchy, office or process of enthronement
The true leadership is the right and admirable attitude, personality and ability used in inspiring the same qualities in others as a form of enlightenment
Who then is the true leader?
The true leader is the person who accepts, understands and improves on himself or herself so well that such will inspire others to do the same
If you discover these features in yourself, gradually, you probably may become the true leader
And you’ll often be celebrated, starting with your appropriate name
As the proverbial word of caution, dishonesty, gimmicks, arrogance, divide and rule, among others, shouldn’t be employed by you as tactics
Instead, being honest, humble, visionary, proactive, innovative, brave and the likes, with the right unity of purpose will always bring the best of results as your workable tactics
